What drives me most isn't the flash or the hype. It's the makers, thinkers, and tinkerers behind the curtain — the people who take a dream from their head and make it a reality. As a leader, I focus on growing those people, connecting them to their work, and watching them step confidently into new roles.

The teams at S23NYC are responsible for the Nike SNKRS app, as well as the grassroots NBHD collective. While they are proud of their connection to the larger Nike brand, it was important for them to maintain a “startup” look and feel to reflect the work that they do daily.
Rather than have the loud and proud branding that is typical of a Nike workplace, we took the opportunity to curate more intimate and discoverable moments within the space. Nike heritage and culture is present, but not overwhelming so. Ample space was left open to give the studio team an opportunity to add their own personal touches to the space over time.
